Paying Attention

Someone once said that whenever you are thinking of something else when you are practising Taiji, you are not doing Taiji. This may seem a little harsh, but it is clear that we all need to develop our skill of paying attention if we want to develop our Taiji.

Sam Moor, who teaches Chen style Taiji and Yiquan full time across Sussex (England), has an excellent article about paying attention on his blog: theinternalathlete.wordpress.com

When you open the blog, look under ‘Recent Posts’ and click on ‘Paying Attention: The Power of Perception’.

A friend of mine is currently translating this article into Montenegrin, so the translation will be posted here as soon as it is available.

And here is Sam’s website address: www.sussextaichi.co.uk
