Paying Attention

Someone once said that whenever you are thinking of something else when you are practising Taiji, you are not doing Taiji. This may seem a little harsh, but it is clear that we all need to develop our skill of paying attention if we want to develop our Taiji. 

Sam Moor, who teaches Chen style Taiji and Yiquan full time across Sussex (England), has an excellent article about paying attention on his blog:
